Apple’s Awe Dropping Event 2025 unveiled the iPhone 17 series and other devices, highlighting major technology updates. The global launch started on September 9.
The iPhone 17 has a 6.3-inch ProMotion display, A19 chip, 48MP dual fusion camera, and Center Stage front camera for landscape selfies.
iPhone 17 Air is Apple’s thinnest phone at 5.6mm. Powered by A19 Pro chip with Apple’s custom modem, it offers all-day battery life.
iPhone 17 Pro features a forged aluminium unibody and vapour chamber cooling, delivering 40 per cent better sustained performance while remaining lighter than previous titanium models.
Pro Max includes all 48MP cameras, a fusion telephoto lens (4x & 8x zoom), an 18MP front-facing camera, plus ProRes RAW and Genlock support for professionals.
Prices range from Rs 82,900 for iPhone 17 to Rs 1,49,900 for iPhone 17 Pro Max which covers all premium segments for Indian buyers.
Apple Watch Series 11 starts at Rs 46,900, Ultra at Rs 89,900, and SE at Rs 25,900, with increased fitness tracking and an improved design.
AirPods Pro 3 provide twice the active noise cancellation, live translation, IP57 durability and an 8 to 10 hour battery life for a premium audio experience.
The iPhone 17 series will be available in India starting on September 19. Pre-orders begin on September 12. Buyers can choose no-cost EMI alternatives or make monthly payments. Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra, SE, and AirPods 3 will also be available around the same time
