The Ayushman Sarathi WhatsApp chatbot allows eligible users to apply for, manage and access services related to their Ayushman Bharat PMJAY card.
Save the official Ayushman Sarathi WhatsApp number +91 72908 23838 to your phone contacts before starting the application process.
Tap Choose Service from the menu, select My Ayushman Card, then Apply for PMJAY Card, and submit your request.
The chatbot wi provide options to continue through the web portal or the Ayushman App. Choose whichever option you are comfortable using.
Log in using your registered mobile number and Aadhaar details. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete eKYC. Once verification is completed, your Ayushman card can be generated and downloaded.
Existing cardholders can download cards, redo eKYC or link Aadhaar. Keep your records ready and ensure details match to avoid delays.
