10. Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand ranks 10th overall. Among individual survey findings, 96 per cent of Gen Z respondents said the city makes them happy. Its food and nightlife also appeal.

Valencia, Spain ranks ninth overall. Among individual survey findings, 93 per cent said living there makes them happy. Its community, affordability, and outdoor activities also stand out.

Berlin, Germany ranks eighth overall. Respondents praised its nightlife, green spaces, restaurants, and social opportunities, while its art scene also received positive affordability ratings.

Copenhagen, Denmark ranks seventh overall. Among individual survey findings, 83 per cent rated walking and cycling positively. Its green spaces, transport and quality of life also fetched positive ratings.
