Cape Town, South Africa, takes the eighth spot. Surrounded by mountains and coastline, the city is widely known for its natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle.
Ranked seventh, Chicago, United States, is recognised for its iconic skyline, diverse neighbourhoods, cultural attractions and popular lakefront.
Jaipur, India, secures the sixth position. The city is known for its royal heritage, historic forts, colourful markets and vibrant cultural traditions.
In fifth place, Krakow, Poland, is recognised for its medieval architecture, historic landmarks and rich cultural heritage, alongside modern city life.
Medellín, Colombia, ranks fourth. The city has gained recognition for its urban transformation, pleasant climate and well-connected public transport system.
Taking third place, Guadalajara, Mexico, is widely known as the birthplace of mariachi music and tequila, with a rich cultural and artistic heritage.
Panama City, Panama, ranks second. The capital is recognised for its modern skyline, vibrant urban atmosphere and growing global appeal.
Topping the list, Bath, United Kingdom, is known for its Roman bathhouses, Georgian architecture and picturesque surroundings, making it Time Out's highest-ranked city for 2026.
