Thailand recorded $1.5 billion in income, $2.3 billion in gains and $8.7 billion in payments, bringing its total across these categories to $12.5 billion.
Russia recorded $4.3 billion in income, $4.9 billion in gains and $3.7 billion in payments, bringing its total across these categories to $13 billion.
Japan recorded $2.8 billion in income, $4.2 billion in gains and $6.18 billion in payments, bringing its total across these categories to $13.2 billion.
Canada recorded $4.9 billion in income, $3.3 billion in gains and $6.9 billion in payments, bringing its total across these categories to $15.1 billion.
Brazil recorded $3.1 billion in income, $4.3 billion in gains and $8.6 billion in payments, bringing its total across these categories to $16.1 billion.
