These Are Exciting Times But Don’t Get Led On

I am 35 years old and already feel like a dinosaur when I see that today’s school and college goers are well-versed with investments. And those who are not, are willing to learn. A major reason behind the growth of digital investments is that they are easy to access. But so are guns in the US. As long as any investor, young or old, realizes the seriousness of what they are doing, all is well. But if ease of access is leading to misuse or miscalculated investments (which I suspect is the case often), we are in for a bust. Forewarned is forearmed.

Lowest Loan, Highest FD Rates

After getting into my first job, I was wondering  how to invest in fixed deposits (FDs). I was not sure which bank to go for. This article has helped me get an overall idea about FD rates in most of the banks. However, I would also like to know about different types of FDs and whether these are investment-worthy. I have heard mixed opinions about them. Some of my friends put all their excess money in FDs, while others don’t want to go near them. Is either side right?

Cheers to A Money-Smart Wedding

With recent pay cuts, it has been really difficult for people, who have their marriages scheduled in a few months, to cover all the expenses. Cutting off extra expenses to keep the cost low is easier said than done. Inflation is an added blow as things are much more expensive now than they were before.

The whole concept of a big fat wedding is wasteful. The money put into weddings would be better utilised in investments or philanthropy. Therefore, instead of providing ways to cut expenses, your magazine should promote simpler weddings.
