Ardee Industries IPO: Ardee Industries has fixed the price band at Rs 50-53 per share for its Rs 425.87 crore initial public offering (IPO). The three-day public issue will open for subscription on August 5 and close on August 7, while the anchor investor bidding will take place on August 4.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 105.87 crore by promoters Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 281 shares and in multiples thereafter. At the upper end of the price band, a retail investor will have to invest at least Rs 14,893 for one lot.
Up to 50 per cent of the net issue has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), at least 15 per cent for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and up to 35 per cent for retail investors.
The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds to meet incremental working capital requirements, repay certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
Pantomath Capital Advisors is the sole book-running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
Ardee Industries' IPO was commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of around Rs 13 on July 29, according to websites that track grey market activity. Based on the upper price band of Rs 53 per share, the shares are estimated to list at around Rs 66 apiece, implying a premium of about 24.5 per cent.
However, investors should note that GMP is an unofficial indicator and does not necessarily reflect the stock's actual listing performance.
