Given the current trends in grey market premium, the stock is expected to list at Rs 534 apiece with a listing day gain of 25.94 per cent.

Caliber Mining IPO was subscribed 20.97 times across categories as investors bid for 164.29 million shares compared to the 7.83 million shares offered for subscription. Retail investors applied for 58.6 million shares compared to 3.91 million shares set aside for the category; the issue was booked 14.96 times. Non-Institutional Investors applied for 102.62 million shares compared to the 16,79,105 shares set aside for the category, booking their quota 61.12 times. The issue was booked 1.37 times in the QIB category, receiving bids for 3.06 million shares compared to the 2.23 million shares offered for subscription.

Caliber Mining IPO Issue Reservation

Caliber Mining IPO comprises a total issue size of 10.6 million shares. The company has reserved 50 per cent of the net issue for Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) or 5.3 million shares. Retail investors have a 35 per cent quota or 3.71 million shares, and non-institutional investors (NII) have a 15 per cent quota or 1.59 million shares. Ahead of the public opening, anchor investors invested Rs 135.00 crore in the issue.

Caliber Mining IPO Issue Size

Caliber Mining seeks to raise Rs 450.00 crore from its public issue. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue of 9.4 million shares aggregating to Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.2 million shares aggregating to Rs 50 crore.

Caliber Mining IPO Price Band and Lot Size

The Caliber Mining IPO price band is set between Rs 402 and Rs 424 per share. The minimum lot size for retail individual investors is set at 35 shares, which amounts to a minimum investment of Rs 14,840 at the upper price band.

Caliber Mining IPO: Subscription Dates and Listing Date

The Caliber Mining IPO subscription window opened on July 17 and will close on July 21. The basis of allotment for the IPO is expected to be finalised on July 22. The company will issue refunds and credit shares to successful applicants on July 23. Caliber Mining shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on July 24, 2026.

Caliber Mining posted a total income of Rs 1,684.66 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, an increase of 17 per cent compared to Rs 1,435.57 crore in the preceding fiscal. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) rose by 20 per cent to Rs 157.90 crore in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 131.55 crore in the preceding fiscal. The company’s net worth stood at Rs 647.54 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 489.30 crore in FY25.

The registrar for the Caliber Mining IPO is Kfin Technologies, and the book-running lead manager for the issue is Dam Capital Advisors.

Caliber Mining: Promoters

The promoters of the company include Mohit Satishkumar Chadda, Anuj Krishanlal Chadda, Manish Krishanlal Chadda, Rahul Roshanlal Chadda, and Priya Anuj Chadda. The promoters held a 90.91 per cent stake in the company pre-issue.
