CSM Technologies Shares List Flat On NSE, BSE

CSM Technologies Share Price: Shares of IT/ITeS solutions provider CSM Technologies made a muted debut on the stock exchanges on Thursday, July 2, after the company raised Rs 145.78 crore through its initial public offering (IPO).

The stock listed at Rs 113 apiece on both the BSE and the NSE, the same as its IPO issue price, delivering no listing gains to investors.

The flat debut was largely in line with grey market expectations. Ahead of the listing, the company's unlisted shares were trading at around Rs 113 apiece in the grey market, according to sources tracking unofficial market activity. As a result, the grey market premium (GMP) stood at nil on Thursday, July 2, indicating expectations of a flat listing.
