Indo-MIM IPO Allotment Today, GMP: Precision engineering company Indo-MIM’s initial public offering (IPO) received a strong response from investors, with the issue being subscribed 72.37 times overall. The IPO received bids for 398.59 crore shares against 5.51 crore shares on offer. The issue remained open for public subscription from July 23 to July 27, 2026.

Indo-MIM is expected to finalise the share allotment on July 28, 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants are likely to be initiated on July 29, while shares will be credited to the demat accounts of successful bidders on the same day. The company is scheduled to make its stock market debut on both the NSE and BSE on July 30, 2026.

Indo-MIM IPO Details: Issue Size, Price Band, Objectives

Issue Size: Indo-MIM raised Rs 3,811.21 crore through its IPO, comprising a fresh issue of 1.03 crore equity shares worth Rs 499.10 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 6.83 crore shares worth Rs 3,311.21 crore.

Price Band, Lot Size, Minimum Investment: The IPO was priced in the range of Rs 461 to Rs 485 per share. The lot size was fixed at 30 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,550 for retail investors based on the upper price band.

Objectives: The company plans to utilise Rs 400 crore from the fresh issue proceeds towards repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

BRLMs, Registrar: HDFC Bank is the book running lead manager to the issue, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar.

Indo-MIM IPO GMP Today

Indo-MIM IPO shares were commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 190 per share as of July 28, 2026, 9:34 AM, according to market trackers.

Based on the current GMP and the upper issue price of Rs 485, the estimated listing price is around Rs 675 per share. This suggests a potential listing gain of nearly 39.18 per cent over the issue price.

It is important to note that GMP is an unofficial indicator of market sentiment and should not be treated as a reliable predictor of listing-day performance.
