The subscription window for the initial public offering (IPO) of Manipal Health Enterprises will open on July 29 and close on July 31. The company has fixed the price band for the public issue at Rs 560 to Rs 590 per share. Here is a look at some of the key details related to the public issue:
Manipal Health Enterprises seeks to raise Rs 9,275.22 crore from its public issue. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 135.6 million shares aggregating to Rs 8,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 21.6 million shares aggregating to Rs 1,275.22 crore.
The price band for Manipal Health Enterprises IPO has been fixed between Rs 560 and Rs 590 per share. Retail individual investors will be able to bid for the issue by applying for a minimum of 25 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,750 at the upper end of the price band.
The grey market premium (GMP) for Manipal Health Enterprises shares is currently ranging between Rs 25 and Rs 35 per share. Based on the upper end of the price band at Rs 590, the estimated listing price is expected to be in the range of Rs 615 to Rs 625. This is expected to lead to a positive but modest listing gain of around 4.24 per cent to 5.93 per cent for the stock.

However, the company's profit after tax (PAT) saw a decrease of 15.26 per cent, standing at Rs 916.52 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 1,081.67 crore in the previous fiscal.

The promoters of the company include Ranjan Ramdas Pai, Manipal Global Health Services, Memg International Ltd., Kangto Investments Pte. Ltd., Imperius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd., and Kabru Investments Pte. Pre-issue, the promoters hold an 81.43 per cent stake in the company, which is expected to reduce to 72.08 per cent post-issue.
