MHADA Puts 324 Affordable Homes On Sale In Nashik, Prices Start At Rs 11 Lakh

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has put 324 affordable housing units in the Nashik region up for sale on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis. The homes are priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 27 lakh.

As per a report by the Hindustan Times, online registration began for the homes opened on September 9, 2026, and will remain open until midnight on September 12, 2026. Applicants are required to complete the online payment process for the earnest money deposits (EMD).

This housing opportunity offers prospective homebuyers a fresh chance to purchase homes at affordable rates around Nashik. The properties are spread across several locations in Nashik.

The first-come, first-served basis allows the applicants to secure a home based on the availability of units rather than just waiting for a lottery draw. Once the applicant selects the unit, the prescribed charges must be paid within 48 hours.

The 324 homes are located across multiple parts of the Nashik region.
