Railway equipment manufacturer MV Electrosystems' public issue opened for subscription on July 30. The company's public issue is slated to close for subscription on August 3.

The railway equipment manufacturer's total income for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, stood at Rs 49.79 crore, decreasing by 23 per cent year on year compared to Rs 64.64 crore. The company's net loss for the same period stood at a loss of Rs 12.63 crore,compared to a net profit of Rs 1.40 crore in the preceding fiscal. The net worth of the company grew by 249.35 per cent to Rs 62.57 crore compared to Rs 17.91 crore in the preceding fiscal.
A major part of the public issue has been set aside for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). As much as 10 per cent of the offer size is reserved for the Retail category, 15 per cent has been set aside for Non Institutional Investors (NIIs), and the remaining 75 per cent is allocated to QIBs (including the anchor investor portion).
