PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO Allotment Today: The initial public offering (IPO) of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery managed to sail through on the last day of bidding. Now, the basis of allotment of its shares is expected to be finalised on February 27.

Investors who applied for the issue can check their allotment status online through the websites of the NSE, BSE, or the registrar to the issue, Bigshare Services in this case.

The diamond jewellery seller's issue was open for subscription from February 23 to February 25. By the end of the final day, PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO was subscribed 1.23 times overall, according to exchange data.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) led the subscription, placing bids 1.54 times their allocated portion. Retail investors followed, subscribing the issue 1.29 times their quota. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) placed bids 1.04 times their reserved share.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO Listing Date, IPO Timeline

Following the allotment, PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery shares will debut on the stock exchanges, with a tentative listing date of March 4.

Successful applicants will receive the allotted shares in their demat accounts on March 2, as per the IPO timeline.

Investors who did not secure an allotment will receive refunds directly in their bank accounts on the same day.

PNG Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO Price Band, Registrar

The jewellery maker raised Rs 380 crore through its IPO, which was entirely comprised of 9.84 million shares. It offered its IPO shares with a price band of Rs 367 to Rs 386 per share. The lot size was set at 32 shares, which means retail investors had to apply with a minimum investment of Rs 12,352 for one lot, at the upper end of the price band.

Smart Horizon Capital Advisors is the book running lead manager to the issue and is responsible for managing the offering, marketing it to investors and overseeing the bidding process. Bigshare Services is the registrar to the issue and will handle share allotment, refunds and other investor-related services.
