Dalal Street is also set for a truncated trading schedule next week. Markets will remain closed again on Tuesday, March 31, for Shri Mahavir Jayanti, and on Friday, April 3, for Good Friday.

In the commodities segment, the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) will function with limited hours on March 26. Trading will remain shut during the morning session (9 am to 5 pm), but will resume in the evening session from 5 pm till 11:30/11:55 pm. A similar partial holiday will be observed on March 31 as well.

Meanwhile, the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), which primarily deals in agri-commodities, will remain closed for the entire day in both sessions.
