Upcoming IPOs Next Week: The primary market is set for another busy week between July 27 and 31, with several new initial public offerings (IPOs) and stock market listings lined up. Three companies will launch their mainboard IPOs, led by Temasek Holdings-backed Manipal Health Enterprises, while six small and medium enterprise (SME) issues will also open for subscription. Investors will also watch the listings of Lohia Corp, Indo-MIM, and Xtranet Technologies in the mainboard segment during the next week.

Manipal Health Enterprises IPO

Singapore-based global investment firm Temasek Holdings-backed Manipal Health Enterprises will open its Rs 9,275.22-crore IPO for subscription on July 29. The issue will close on July 31, while the allotment is likely to be finalised on August 3. The company's shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 5.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 135.60 million shares worth Rs 8,000 crore and an offer for sale of 21.60 million shares worth Rs 1,275.22 crore. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 560-590 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 14,750 at the upper end of the price band.

Founded in 2010, Manipal Health Enterprises operates one of India's largest multi-specialty hospital networks. As of March 31, 2026, it had 49 hospitals with 13,037 licensed beds and 21 clinics across the country. The company provides tertiary and quaternary healthcare services, including oncology, cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, organ transplants and preventive healthcare.

The company plans to use the IPO proceeds mainly to repay borrowings of its material subsidiary, Manipal Hospitals Private Limited, acquire a minority stake in step-down subsidiary Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited and meet general corporate requirements.

Juniper Green Energy IPO

Renewable energy company Juniper Green Energy will launch its Rs 1,800-crore IPO on July 30. The issue will remain open until August 3, with the allotment expected on August 4. The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 6.

The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue, and the price band is yet to be announced.

Incorporated in 2011, Juniper Green Energy develops, builds and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects across solar, wind, hybrid and battery energy storage segments. As of June 30, 2026, the company had a renewable energy portfolio of 7,910.20 MW, including operational, under-construction, contracted and awarded projects, making it one of India's top 10 renewable energy independent power producers by capacity.

The company intends to use the IPO proceeds to repay certain borrowings, reduce debt at select subsidiaries and meet general corporate purposes.

MV Electrosystems IPO

MV Electrosystems will also enter the primary market on July 30 with its Rs 290-crore IPO. The issue will close on August 3 and the shares are expected to list on August 6. The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue, and the price band has not been announced yet.

The company designs, develops and manufactures electrical and power electronics equipment used in railway rolling stock, including propulsion systems, switchgear panels and other railway electrical components. The proceeds from the issue will be used to fund long-term working capital requirements, invest in research and development of new power electronic equipment and meet general corporate requirements.

Mainboard IPO Listings Next Week

SME IPOs Next Week

The SME primary market will also remain busy next week. Advance Technoforge and Propshop Events & Exhibitions will open their IPOs on July 27, followed by Poojaa Precision Engg on July 28, HR Hygiene Products on July 29, Dhaval Packaging on July 30 and Fusion Klassroom Edutech on July 31.

Meanwhile, Silverstorm Parks & Resorts, whose IPO closes on July 28, is scheduled to list on July 31. The SME listing calendar also includes Gulf Lloyds (India) on July 27, Metalic Technoforge on July 28 and Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles on July 29.
