Given the technological advances, it is possible to safely access bank accounts through the mobile and internet. However, it is of utmost importance that the user is aware of the proper procedures for safe operations. The risks do not come from the systems themselves, but mostly from the user exposing the accounts to risks. Passwords must be tough to guess, changed frequently, and system log in and log out processes must always be completed. The PINs must be not disclosed to outsiders. Following security procedures as prescribed by the banks is adequate to use these technologies without fear.
