Bitcoin Declines to $117,000, Days After Record High; Ethereum Drops to $4,400

Bitcoin slipped to $117,000 just days after touching its record high of $124,000, while Ethereum dipped to $4,400 on Saturday. At the time of writing, the total crypto market cap saw a marginal down by 1.94 per cent to $3.97 trillion, while the 24-hour trading volume decreased by 32.87 per cent to $180.35 billion.

Alpine F1 Team Fan Token ALPINE was the most trending cryptocurrency. Its price was up by 45.39 per cent to $2.00, and its 24-hour trading volume was $235.82 million. Elsewhere, Mantle MNT was the top gainer. It was up by 20.16 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was 543.54 million. Fartcoin FARTCOIN was the top loser. It was down by 9.12 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume was $210.61 million.

The DeFi market cap was at $49.01 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin prices declined by 1.4 per cent today to $117,506.10, after hitting an all-time high of over $124,000. Its 24-hour trading volume was $65.48 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 62.60 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum prices were down by 5.07 per cent to $4,419.26. Its 24-hour trading volume was 61.21 billion, and its market dominance was 11.08 per cent.

Tether (USDT): Tether was trading at $1.00, up by 0.03 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $125.94 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Solana prices were down by 5.32 per cent to $187.40. Its 24-hour trading volume was $6.84 billion.

Cardano ADA was trading at $0.9653, up by 0.51 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $3.29 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $23.71, down by 6.78 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $903.84 million.
