Crypto Market Rises Marginally, Trading Volume Surges 13 Per Cent; Bitcoin, Ethereum Up

The global crypto market increased marginally on Thursday. The total market cap was up by 2.20 per cent to $3.05 trillion, even as the total trading volume was up by 13.68 per cent to $93.45 billion.

Bitcoin BTC was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was down by 2.58 per cent to $98,977.30. Its 24-hour trading volume was $45.65 billion. EOS EOS was the top gainer. It was up by 19.20 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was $445.27 million. DeXe DEXE was the top loser. It was down by 4.56 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was $12.21 million.

DeFi was up by 1.19 per cent to $18.05 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

According to CoinDCX research team, "The Bitcoin bulls are back in action as the token is inching close to the psychological barrier at $100K. Besides, the crypto market capitalization reclaimed the levels above $3 trillion, displaying the growing strength of the bulls. Besides, the altcoins within the top 10 attracted marginal gains, while EOS remained the top gainer with over a 17 per cent jump, followed by Stacks & Theta Network with an 8 per cent to 9 per cent rise. The BTC dominance continues to grow along with a rise in the volume, hinting towards a potential Bitcoin bull run."

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin was up by 2.58 per cent to $98,977.30. Its 24-hour trading volume was $45.65 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 60.40 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum was up by 3.66 per cent to $1,877.42. Its 24-hour trading volume was $15.19 billion, and its market dominance was 14.26 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $1.00. It was up by 0.02 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $59.38 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana was up by 2.70 per cent to $150.15. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.57 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $20.09, up by 0.90 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $267.55 million.

Cardano ADA was trading at $0.7004, up by 3.65 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $669.67 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin was up by 3.80 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.1777.

Shiba Inu was up by 3.01 per cent to $0.00001313.

Decentralised Finance

DeFi Coin was down by 3.85 per cent, and it was trading at $0.004611.

Yearn Finance was up by 12.76 per cent to $5,283.19, with a 24-hour trading volume of $13.72 million.
