DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026: New Housing Scheme Launched With 25% Discount For 1,224 Units

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Kaarmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 on July 22, 2026. Under this scheme, DDA is offering 1,224 ready-to-move-in flats in the Narela region at a 25 per cent discount. This scheme is targeted at serving and retired government employees, as well as professionals from corporate, business, and other sectors. As per the official DDA notice, the flats are located in Pocket 11 of Sectors A1 to A4 in Narela.

Configurations Available

Under the scheme, flat configurations of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK units are available. The largest share in the inventory is of the 2BHK configuration units. 432 flats are of this nature and made available across all four blocks. These homes are sized from 126.54 square metres to 139.99 square metres. They are priced between Rs 75.55 lakh and Rs 83.58 lakh, after the discount provided.

The scheme also includes 408 3 BHK flats in Blocks Q, R, and S. These units are priced from 164.18 square metres to 183.71 square metres, and from Rs 1.06 crore to Rs 1.19 crore. The remaining units are of a 1 BHK nature, located only in Block Y. They are sized at 60.86 square metres and 61.34 square metres. These flats are priced between Rs 33.40 and Rs 33.66 lakh after the 25 per cent discount.

How To Register?

The DDA has adopted a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis for allotment of these units. Registrations for the scheme will begin on July 24, 2026, while the booking for this scheme will open on August 15, 2026, at noon sharp. The applications will be available through the DDA Awaas Portal. The deadline for the scheme application will remain open until October 30, 2026, or until the inventory is exhausted.

There’s a one-time fee for the applications of Rs 2,500; this amount is non-refundable. The applicants have to upload the documentary evidence in support of their eligibility, namely, educational/professional certificates, Employment Proof, etc., at the time of booking of the flat(s) while filling up the application form. This is followed by paying the booking amount. Each configuration has different booking amounts, which are as follows;

• The booking amount for a 1 BHK is Rs 50,000

• Booking amount for 2 BHK is Rs 4,00,000

• Booking amount for 3 BHK is Rs 10,00,000

This amount will later be adjusted when the final payment is made.

The scheme lists units located in Narela, where, as stated in the document, key infrastructural and transport links are coming up. The proposed Narela Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Station is 1.9 km away, GT Karnal Road is 1.1 km away, and plenty of green spaces are within the housing pocket, with Mamoorpur City Forest adjoining a substantial part of the project periphery.

Through the Karwajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, the DDA is promoting homeownership for working professionals and government employees. The 25 per cent discount clause promotes this scheme as financially beneficial for many.
