Corona Remedies IPO Allotment Today: Corona Remedies’ initial public offering (IPO) opened for bidding earlier this week on December 8. The pharmaceutical company’s public issue garnered stellar demand in its three-day bidding window which closed on December 10.

The public issue was booked over 137 times cumulatively. Following the closure of the bidding window, the share allotment process for Corona Remedies IPO will be finalised on December 11.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) oversubscribed their quota in the  Corona Remedies IPO  278.52 times. QIB investors placed bids for over 358.93 million shares compared to the 1.28 million shares reserved for them.

Employees of the pharmaceutical company placed bids for 9,02,888 shares compared to 61,320 shares set aside for them. The employees booked the issue 14.72 times.

Corona Remedies IPO Details

Corona Remedies IPO was worth Rs 655.37 crore, comprising an offer for sale of 6.2 million shares. Corona Remedies IPO price band was fixed at Rs 1008 to Rs 1062 per share. The minimum lot size for retail individual investors interested in applying for the Corona Remedies IPO was fixed at 1 lot or 14 shares aggregating to an investment of  Rs 14,868.

Corona Remedies IPO Listing Date

Once the basis of allotment for  Corona Remedies IPO is finalised on December 11, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders on December 12. Successful allottees will receive shares of the ecommerce company in their demat accounts on December 12 as well.
