Standard Glass Lining Technology IPO
On January 6, Standard Glass Lining Technology, a manufacturer of engineering equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, begins its initial public offering (IPO), with subscription will close on January 8, subscriptions. With an offer-for-sale of Rs 200.05 crore and a fresh issue of Rs 210 crore, the business hopes to raise Rs 410.05 crore. The price range for each share is Rs 133–140.
Quadrant Future Tek IPO
Quadrant Future Tek, specializing in next-generation train control and signalling systems for Indian Railways, will open its IPO on January 7 and close on January 9. The Rs 290 crore issue will be entirely a fresh issue, with a price band of Rs 275–290 per share.
Capital Infra Trust IPO
Capital Infra Trust, an infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Gawar Construction, will launch its Rs 1,578 crore IPO on January 7 and close on January 9. The issue consists of a fresh issue of Rs 1,077 crore and an offer-for-sale of Rs 501 crore, with a price band of Rs 99-100 per unit.
Indobell Insulation IPO
Indobell Insulation, an SME in the industrial insulation sector, will open its IPO on January 6 and close on January 8. The company aims to raise Rs 10.14 crore through a fixed price issue at Rs 46 per share.
B R Goyal Infrastructure IPO
The building and infrastructure company B R Goyal Infrastructure is scheduled to launch its Rs 85.21 crore initial public offering (IPO) on January 7 and close on January 9. The issuance, which has a price range of Rs 128–135 per share.
Delta Autocorp IPO
The IPO of Delta Autocorp, a manufacturer of electric two and three-wheelers, is scheduled to open on January 7 and close on January 9. The company aims to raise Rs 54.6 crore, with Rs 50.54 crore through a fresh issue and Rs 4.06 crore through an offer-for-sale. The price band for the IPO has been set between Rs 123 and Rs 130 per share.
Avax Apparels and Ornaments IPO
Avax Apparels and Ornaments, a wholesaler of knitted fabrics and silver ornaments, will launch its IPO on January 7 and close on January 9. The company plans to raise Rs 1.92 crore through a fixed price issue at Rs 70 per share.
This week will also see several companies debuting on the stock exchanges. Indo Farm Equipment, which saw its IPO subscribed 229.68 times, will list on January 7. On January 7, Technichem Organics will make its debut in the SME section, and on January 8, Leo Dry Fruits and Spices Trading will follow. Davin Sons Retail and Parmeshwar Metal will go public on January 9, and shares of Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms will begin trading on January 10.
