IPOs This Week: 5 Public Issues And 2 Listings To Watch Out For

With investors closely tracking initial public offerings (IPOs) for fresh investments, the primary market remains active this week. There will be five IPOs available for subscription this week. Here’s a quick look at the upcoming IPOs this week.

Chamunda Electricals IPO

The first IPO of this week, Chamunda Electricals, is scheduled to open for subscription on February 4, 2025, and close on February 6, 2025. With the new issuance of 29.19 lakh shares, the firm, which specialises in the management and repair of electrical substations, hopes to raise Rs 14.60 crores. The price band for this issue is Rs 47-50 per share.

Ken Enterprises IPO

Ken Enterprises, a textile manufacturer, will open its IPO on February 5, 2025, and close on February 7, 2025. With a fresh issuance of Rs 58.27 crores and an offer for sale of Rs 25.38 crores, the business hopes to raise Rs 83.65 crores. The price per share is set at Rs 94.

Amwill Healthcare IPO

Amwill Healthcare, a dermatological solutions provider, will open its IPO for subscription from February 5 to February 7, 2025. The company seeks to raise Rs 59.98 crores via a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The price band is Rs 105-111 per share.

Readymix Construction IPO

Readymix Construction, which offers engineering solutions for plant and machinery, will open its IPO on February 6, 2025, and close on February 10, 2025. By issuing 30.62 lakh shares at a price band of Rs 121–123 a share, the company seeks to raise Rs 37.66 crores.

Eleganz Interiors IPO

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Eleganz Interiors, a provider of interior solutions, is set to open on February 7, 2025, and close on February 11, 2025. The company aims to raise Rs 78.07 crores through the issue of 60.05 lakh shares, with a price band of Rs 123-130 per share.

Listings This Week

The listings next week include Dr Agarwal’s Healthcare IPO, which will list on BSE and NSE on February 5, 2025, and Malpani Pipes IPO, which will list on BSE SME on February 4, 2025. Both IPOs closed on January 31, 2025.
