IPOs: Upcoming Public Offerings And Listings To Watch Next Week

Next week, the IPO market will feature two new public offerings, along with several IPOs set to list. The IPO of Laxmi Dental Limited is anticipated to attract the most attention among these, providing investors with an opportunity to participate in India's expanding dental products market. Upcoming IPOs Next Week

Laxmi Dental IPO

Laxmi Dental Limited, a prominent player in the dental products industry, is all set to launch its mainboard IPO valued at Rs 698.06 crore. The IPO includes a fresh issue worth ₹138 crore, comprising 32.24 lakh shares, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹560.06 crore, consisting of 1.3 crore shares. The price band for the IPO is set between Rs 407 and Rs 428 per share. The IPO will open for subscription on January 13 and close on January 15, with the listing scheduled for January 20.

Laxmi Dental, an integrated dental products company, offers a wide range of products, including custom-made crowns and bridges, as well as branded dental solutions like aligners and pediatric dental products. The company’s shares are set to be listed on both the BSE and NSE.

Kabra Jewels IPO

In addition to Laxmi Dental, Kabra Jewels Limited will launch its SME IPO on January 15. The Rs 40 crore offering will close on January 17, with shares priced between Rs 121 and Rs 128 per share. The company operates six showrooms in Gujarat, specializing in gold, diamond, and silver jewellery. The funds from the IPO will be used for debt repayment and working capital requirements. The listing is expected to take place on January 22.

Next week, between January 13 and 17, eight IPOs will be listed, including Quadrant Future Tek Limited and Capital Infra Trust InvIT on January 14, and Standard Glass Lining Technology on January 13. Five SME IPOs will also debut: Indobell Insulation on January 13, Avax Apparels, BR Goyal Infrastructure, Delta Autocorp on January 14, and Sat Kartar Shopping on January 17.
