KEC Share Price Rallies Over 18 Per Cent In Five Days - Know Why

KEC Share Price: In early trade on Tuesday (May 27), shares of KEC International Ltd surged over seven percent to a high of Rs 926.65 apiece on the NSE. With the surge, the stock extended its rally for the fifth straight session. The KEC share price has risen by over 18 percent in the last five sessions.

KEC shares gained in Tuesday’s trade after the company announced its financial results and declared a dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. KEC International posted both top-line and bottom-line growth in the fourth quarter and full fiscal (FY 2024-25). The board of directors of the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) major also declared a dividend of Rs. 5.5 per equity share.

KEC International Q4 Results

KEC’s consolidated revenue from operations for the March quarter of FY25 increased by over 11 per cent to Rs 6872 crore compared to Rs 6165 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. Sequentially, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by more than 28 per cent from Rs 5349.38 crore in the quarter-ended December 31, 2025. The company’s revenue from operations for the full fiscal FY 2024-25 grew by nearly 10 per cent to Rs 21,847 crore compared to Rs 19,914 crore in the preceding fiscal.

KEC International’s consolidated profit-after-tax surged by over 76 per cent to Rs 268.2 crore for the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25 compared to Rs 151.75 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2023-24. In the March quarter of FY 2024-25, KEC International’s profit-after-tax increased by over 107 per cent from Rs 129.56 crore in the December quarter of FY 2024-25. The company’s profit-after-tax for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, grew by over 64 per cent to Rs 570.74 crore compared to Rs 346.78 crore in the preceding fiscal.

KEC Ltd’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew to Rs 539 crore in the March quarter of FY25 compared to Rs 388 crore in the March quarter of FY24. The EPC company’s EBITDA for the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, grew by nearly 26 per cent to Rs 1,528 crore against Rs 1,215 crore. The company’s EBITDA margin for the quarter under review expanded to 7.8 per cent from 6.3 per cent in the preceding fiscal. The company’s EBITDA margin for the full fiscal year also expanded to seven per cent from 6.1 per cent in the preceding fiscal.

On a year-to-date basis, the RPG group stock has fallen by over 26 per cent, and in six months, the stock has fallen by nearly 17 per cent. In a month, shares of KEC have declined over 20 per cent, and in five days the stock has climbed over 13 per cent.
