Upcoming IPOs: The primary market is expected to witness continued action over the course of the next week. Four new public issues are scheduled to open in the week starting May 19. As the buzz returns to D-street, here’s a look at some of the key details of the public issues opening next week.

Borana Weaves IPO

The Borana Weaves IPO  (Borana Weaves Limited IPO) subscription window will remain open from  May 20 to May 22. The company plans to raise Rs 144.89 crore through the issue of 67 lakh shares. The price band for the mainboard issue was fixed at Rs 205 to Rs 216 apiece.

Retail investors can apply for Borana Weaves IPO by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 69 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,145. The share allotment status of the public issue is expected to be finalised by May 23. Borana Weaves shares will debut on the NSE and BSE platforms on the NSE and BSE on May 27.

Belrise Industries IPO

The subscription window for Belrise Industries IPO will open on May 21 and close on May 23. Belrise Industries Ltd aims to raise Rs 2,150 crore through a fresh issuance of 23.89 crore shares. The price band for the mainboard issue was set at Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share.

Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 166 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,110.The share allotment status of Belrise Industries IPO is likely to be finalised on May 26. Shares of Belrise Industries Ltd will list on the BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date being May 28.

Dar Credit and Capital IPO

The initial public offer of Dar Credit and Capital will open for subscription on May 21 and close on May 23. Dar Credit and Capital IPO is worth Rs 25.66 crores and consists of a fresh issuance of 42.76 lakh sharesDar Credit and Capital IPO’s issue price has been set at Rs 57 to Rs 60 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 2000 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 1,14,000.

The share allotment status of Dar Credit and Capital IPO will be finalised on May 26. Shares of the Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) will be listed on the NSE SME platform Emerge. The tentative listing date is May 28.

Unified Data - Tech Solutions IPO

The Unified Data- Tech Solutions IPO  (Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited IPO) subscription window will remain open from May 22 to May 26.Unified Data - Tech Solutions plans to raise Rs 144.47 crore via its public issue. Unified Data- Tech Solutions IPO consists of a fresh issuance of 52.92 lakh shares.Unified Data - Tech Solutions IPO price band was fixed at Rs 260 to Rs 273 per share.

Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 400 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 1,04,000.The share allotment status of Unified Data - Tech Solutions’ public issue is likely to be finalised on May 27. Shares of the Unified Data - Tech Solutions will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date is May 29.

Companies Listing This Week

Shares of three companies are scheduled to list on the exchanges in the upcoming week. The tentative listing date for Virtual Galaxy Infotech Ltd shares is May 19. Shares of Virtual Galaxy Infotech Ltd will list on the NSE SME platform. Integrity Infrabuild Developers Ltd shares will also debut on the NSE SME platform, shares of the company will list on May 20. Accretion Pharmaceuticals Ltd shares are expected to list on May 21 on the NSE SME platform.
