Excelsoft Technologies IPO

Excelsoft Technologies IPO subscription window will open on November 19. Excelsoft Technologies IPO’s three-day subscription window is scheduled to close on November 21. Excelsoft Technologies Ltd plans to raise Rs 500 crore through a completely fresh issue of 15 million shares aggregating to Rs 180 crore and an offer for sale of 26.7 million shares aggregating to Rs 320.00 crore. The price band for the issue is Rs 114 to Rs 120 per share.

Excelsoft Technologies IPO share allotment status will be finalised on November 24. Refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders and successful bidders will receive shares of the Excelsoft Technologies on November 25. Shares of Excelsoft Technologies are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on November 26.

Gallard Steel IPO

Gallard Steel IPO  (Gallard Steel Ltd) subscription window will remain open from November 19 to November 21. Gallard Steel plans to raise Rs 37.5 crore through a fresh issuance of 2.5 million shares. The price band for the public issue has been fixed at Rs 142 to Rs 150 per share. Shares of Gallard Steel Ltd will list on the NSE SME platform. Gallard Steel IPO share allotment status will be decided on November 24. The tentative listing date for Gallard Steel’ shares is November 26. Gallard Steel is a maker of engineered steel castings, including mild steel, SGCI, and low alloy castings.

7 Shares Listing This Week

On the mainboard five companies are scheduled to make a D-Street debut in the upcoming week. In the upcoming week Emmvee Photovoltaic Ltd and Physicswallah shares are scheduled to debut on November 18. On November 19, shares of Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd will make their D-street debut.

Shares of Fujiyama Power Systems Ltd and Capillary Technologies will list on November 20 and November 21 respectively. On the other hand shares of Workmates Core2Cloud Solution Ltd and Mahamaya Lifesciences Ltd will list on the BSE SME platform on November 18.
