Upcoming IPOs Next Week: Three Issues To Open, Two Listings Scheduled

The week starting March 17 will see three initial public offerings (IPOs) opening for subscription—one from the mainboard and two from the SME segment. Arisinfra Solutions Limited will launch its IPO on the mainboard, while Paradeep Parivahan Limited and Divine Hira Jewellers Limited will open their IPOs for subscription in the SME segment.

Divine Hira Jewellers Limited IPO (NSE SME)

Divine Hira Jewellers IPO is a fixed price issue of Rs 31.84 crore, entirely comprised of a fresh issue of 35.38 lakh shares. The issue will be available for public subscription from March 17 to March 19. The listing of shares is scheduled for March 24 on the NSE SME platform.

The jeweller is offering its shares at Rs 90 apiece. Retail investors are required to make a minimum investment of Rs 1,44,000 to apply for one lot of 1,600 shares.

Divine Hira Jewellers is a wholesaler of gold jewellery, silver articles, bullions, and coins in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Paradeep Parivahan IPO (BSE SME)

Paradeep Parivahan IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 44.86 crores, entirely comprised of a fresh issue of 45.78 lakh shares. The issue will be available for public subscription from March 17 to March 19. The listing of shares is scheduled for March 24 on the BSE SME platform.

The port service provider is offering its shares within the price band of Rs 93-98 apiece. Retail investors are required to make a minimum investment of Rs 1,11,600 to apply for one lot of 1,200 shares.

Paradeep Parivahan is a is a port service provider specialising in logistics, ship husbandry, and stevedoring in Paradip Port, Odisha.

Arisinfra Solutions IPO (Mainboard)

Arisinfra Solutions IPO is a book-built issue of 2.86 crore shares, entirely comprised of a fresh issue. The issue will be available for public subscription from March 20 to March 25. The listing of shares is scheduled for March 28 on both the exchanges - BSE and NSE.

The issue size, lot size and price band of the IPO are yet to be announced.

PDP Shipping & Projects Limited IPO (BSE SME)

PDP Shipping & Projects IPO was open for public subscription from March 10 to March 12. The allotment of shares, which were offered at a fixed price of Rs 135 apiece, was finalised by March 13 and is now scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on March 18.

PDP Shipping & Projects is a logistics company offering global cargo transportation via sea, air, road, rail, and multi-modal options.

Super Iron Foundry IPO (BSE SME)

Super Iron Foundry IPO was open for public subscription from March 11 to March 13. The allotment of shares, which were offered at a fixed price of Rs 108 apiece, was finalised by March 17 and is now scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on March 19.

Super Iron Foundry manufactures municipal castings, ductile iron pipe fittings, automotive castings, agricultural castings, railway castings, and cast-iron counterweights.
