The subscription window of Indo-MIM’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to close on July 27, 2026. The IPO saw strong investor participation on the final day of subscription, hinting towards a strong market debut. Here are some of the key details related to the public issue.

Indo-MIM IPO Subscription Details

On the final day of bidding, the Indo-MIM IPO was oversubscribed 58.38 times, according to data available on the NSE. Cumulatively, the issue received bids for 3.21 billion shares compared to the 55.09 million shares set aside for subscription.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the demand, subscribing their quota 157.35 times. Non-institutional investors (NII) also showed strong interest, booking their portion 49.22 times. Retail individual investors subscribed to their reserved quota 6.06 times, while the employee portion was booked 8.75 times.

Indo-MIM IPO GMP

The grey market premium (GMP) for the shares remained in the range of Rs 200-203, according to websites which track demand for shares of unlisted companies. Based on the current GMP trends, the precision engineering company’s shares are expected to list at Rs 688, making a handsome debut with a premium of over 41 per cent above the upper end of the price band. However, investors must note that GMP trends are an unofficial predictor of listing price and the actual listing price of the stock depends on several factors other than the GMP.

Indo-MIM IPO Issue Size

Indo-MIM seeks to raise Rs 3,811.21 crore from its public issue, which consists of a fresh issue of 10.30 million shares aggregating up to Rs 499.10 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 68.30 million shares aggregating up to Rs 3,311.21 crore.

Indo-MIM IPO Price Band

The price has been set between Rs 461 and Rs 485 per share. The minimum lot size for retail individual investors is 30 shares, which amounts to a minimum investment of Rs 14,550.

Indo-MIM IPO: Subscription Dates and Listing Date

The subscription window opened on July 23, and is scheduled to close on July 27. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28. The company will issue refunds and credit shares to the demat accounts on July 29. The shares are tentatively scheduled to list on both the NSE and the BSE on July 30.

Indo-MIM: Key Financials

Indo-MIM posted a total income of Rs 4,320.70 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, indicating an increase of 28 per cent compared to Rs 3,373.97 crore in the preceding fiscal. In the 12-month period, the company’s net profit-after-tax (PAT) stood at Rs 533.54 crore, up by 25 per cent compared to Rs 423.73 crore in the preceding fiscal. The net worth of the diversified component maker grew to Rs 2,819.55 crore, up by 28 per cent compared to Rs 2,199.43 crore in the preceding fiscal.

MUFG Intime India is the registrar to the issue while HDFC Bank is the book-running lead manager.
