India is gearing up for trading in the Muhurat Trading session, which is slated to be held on November 8. Ahead of the session, Motilal Oswal Wealth Management has shared its stock picks for the special trading session. The brokerage firm believes India's economic resilience is set to support specific sectors despite global challenges.
The stock picks include opportunities across the banking, manufacturing, global outsourcing, and consumer sectors. Here's a look at Motilal Oswal's stock picks for Samvat 2083:
Kotak Mahindra Bank has a market capitalisation of Rs 4,57,005.67 crore. Shares of the private sector lender closed at Rs 459.40 apiece, down by 1.13 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. According to the brokerage, the bank is poised for healthy growth across retail, small business, and corporate lending, with loan growth guided at 1.5 to 2.0 times nominal GDP growth. Additionally, the bank’s margins are expected to recover as surplus foreign currency deposits are deployed and higher repo rates pass through to loan yields, while unsecured loan quality is improving.
The Adani group company holds a market capitalisation of Rs 4,40,056.19 crore. Shares of the company closed at Rs 1,910 apiece on the NSE, up by 2.31 per cent on November 4, 2026. Motilal Oswal notes the firm is well placed to fund expansion, supported by strong cash flows, a Rs 12,500 crore cash balance, and a net debt to operating profit ratio of 1.8x. Port capacity additions, infrastructure projects, and global acquisitions provide strong visibility, with cargo volumes expected to grow at a 14 per cent compound annual growth rate over FY26 to FY28E.
Shares of Titan ended the session at Rs 4,754.40, up by 4.22 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 4,22,089.05 crore. Notably, the company is among India’s leading jewellery brands and is backed by strong sourcing and a rising share of studded jewellery. According to the brokerage, the company stands to gain as buying shifts to organised players. With 3,551 stores as of June 2026, store expansion and non-jewellery businesses are also expected to provide additional growth levers, while stable gold prices could potentially improve margin visibility.
Shares of Eternal ended the session at Rs 344.50, down by 1.42 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. The market capitalisation of the company stood at Rs 3,32,454.58 crore. According to the report, Eternal benefits from its leading food delivery platform and Blinkit's quick commerce network, targeting a food delivery order value growth of over 20 per cent long term. Blinkit's store target has been raised to over 3,500 by the end of FY27 and around 5,000 by the end of FY28, with food delivery margins remaining stable.
Shares of BSE closed at Rs 3,601.50 apiece, down by 1.75 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. The exchange has a market capitalisation of Rs 1,46,899.45 crore. The brokerage selected the exchange operator because its futures and options turnover surged 85 per cent in October 2026, and the partial rollback of closing auction session norms starting December 7, 2026, adds support. Growth extends beyond derivatives, with an over 30 per cent share of options premium turnover, a cash market share of around 9 per cent, and recurring income from mutual fund and co-location services.
SPR Auto Components shares finished the session at Rs 4,285.30 down by 1.26 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026, translating to a market capitalisation of Rs 19,748.96 crore. The company is evolving from a piston maker into a diversified auto component platform and holds an over 45 per cent market share in pistons. Acquisitions contribute roughly 35 per cent of revenue and lift the content per vehicle to over Rs 30,000, while multi-fuel adoption provides an additional growth runway.
Shares of Shaily Engineering closed at Rs 2,988, up by 0.91 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. The firm’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 13,728.66 crore. The firm picked the stock as it is positioned for strong healthcare growth driven by rising volumes of GLP-1 pens, capacity additions, and new platforms. Consumer electronics and semiconductors add growth avenues, and operating margins are expected to exceed 32 per cent by FY28E.
Shares of Arvind closed at Rs 498.05 apiece, down by 0.71 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. The market capitalisation of the stock stood at Rs 13,587.07 crore. The brokerage believes Arvind is evolving into a garments and advanced materials-led business, supported by new capacities and a strong order book. The potential India-UK free trade agreement can also add a growth lever, and management expects a stronger second half, with garments up approximately 15 per cent and advanced materials up over 18 per cent.
Shares of Unimech Aerospace closed at Rs 1,783.20, up by 10 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026. The stock has a market capitalisation of Rs 9,019.83 crore. According to the report, the company is positioned to capitalise on rising aerospace outsourcing, backed by long-term global contracts and a strong order pipeline. A robust nuclear order book and diversification into semiconductors and oil and gas provide further growth avenues.
Symbiotec Pharmalab shares closed at Rs 1,227.10 down by 2.84 per cent on the NSE on November 4, 2026, with a market capitalisation of Rs 7,924.06 crore. The firm has picked the stock as it is expanding from steroid-based pharmaceutical ingredients, where it holds a 38 per cent global volume share, into contract drug development and complex injectables. Exports made up 67 per cent of FY26 revenue, and following a Rs 16.7 billion capex completion by FY27, the focus is shifting to commercialising its new capacity.
According to the report, Samvat 2083 is set to begin on a cautious note, as external energy shocks overshadow a resilient domestic economy. Looking ahead, Motilal Oswal forecasts a return to double-digit earnings growth, with Nifty EPS expected to jump by 16 per cent in FY27 and 14 per cent in FY28. The brokerage maintains a positive stance on BFSI, capital markets, manufacturing, global outsourcing, and discretionary consumption, but advises investors to take a selective stock-picking approach.
