Public infrastructure development company Technocraft Ventures has announced the price band for its public issue. The company’s initial public offering (IPO) is scheduled to open for subscription on August 7.
Ahead of the opening of the bidding window, shares of the unlisted firm are witnessing decent demand in the grey market. Here is a look at some key details related to the Technocraft Ventures IPO.
Technocraft Ventures aims to raise Rs 251.88 crore through its public issue comprising a fresh issue of 9.50 million shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.40 million shares. The price band for the issue has been fixed between Rs 200 and Rs 212 per equity share.
Ahead of the opening of the bidding window, shares of the company are trading with a premium in the unlisted market. According to tracking portals, the company’s shares are currently quoting a grey market premium of Rs 10 over the upper end of the price band, indicating an estimated listing price of Rs 212 per share with a premium of 4.72 per cent.
Retail investors who wish to apply for the Technocraft Ventures IPO can do so by bidding for a minimum lot of 70 shares, which translates to a minimum investment of Rs 14,840 at the upper end of the price band.
The minimum lot size requirement for small non-institutional investors (sNIIs) stands at 14 lots or 980 shares, amounting to an investment of Rs 2,07,760. For big non-institutional investors (bNIIs), the threshold is 68 lots or 4,760 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 10,09,120.
Technocraft Ventures has reserved not more than 50 per cent of the net issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), not less than 15 per cent for NIIs, and not less than 35 per cent of the net offer for retail investors.
The subscription window will open on August 7 and close on August 11. The share allotment status is expected to be finalised on August 12. Following the allotment, unsuccessful bidders will receive their refunds or have their blocked funds released on August 13, while successful allottees will get shares credited to their demat accounts on the same day. Shares of Technocraft Ventures are scheduled to list on the BSE and the NSE on August 14, tentatively.
In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the total income of the firm grew to Rs 347.00 crore, up by 23 per cent compared to Rs 281.00 crore in FY25. The public infrastructure development company’s profit after tax (PAT) grew by 54 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) to Rs 43.32 crore in FY26 from Rs 28.20 crore in FY25. The net worth of the firm increased to Rs 163.38 crore as of March 31, 2026, up from Rs 119.98 crore at the end of FY25, indicating an increase of over 36 per cent.
Khambatta Securities is the book running lead manager while Bigshare Services is the registrar to the issue.
The company’s promoters include Kartikey Constructions, Kartikey Tyagi, Rekha Tyagi, Sanjay Tyagi and Sanjay Tyagi (HUF). Pre-issue promoter shareholding stands at 100 per cent. After the IPO, the shareholding will reduce to 70 per cent.
Up to Rs 150 crore of the net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for funding the working capital requirements of the company. The remaining portion will be allocated for general corporate purposes.
Technocraft Ventures is a public infrastructure development company that undertakes turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. The company works across multiple infrastructure sectors, delivering projects mainly for state governments and government agencies in northern India. The services cover a range of areas, including water and wastewater infrastructure, roads and highways, urban infrastructure, power distribution, and trenchless and micro-tunnelling works.
