The primary market will stay active in the coming week, from August 3-7, 2026 with two mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) and four small and medium enterprise (SME) issues set to open for subscription. The week will also see three mainboard listings and eight SME debuts.
Among the upcoming IPOs, Ardee Industries has already started trading in the grey market, while Technocraft Ventures is yet to reveal its price band.

Ardee Industries IPO
Ardee Industries will launch its Rs 425.87 crore IPO for subscription on August 5, and investors can bid until August 7. The company will issue 60.38 million fresh shares to raise Rs 320 crore, while existing shareholders will sell 20 million shares worth Rs 105.87 crore through an offer-for-sale (OFS).
Ardee Industries has fixed the price band at Rs 50-53 per share. Retail investors must apply for at least 281 shares, taking the minimum investment to Rs 14,893 at the upper price band. The company will use Rs 220 crore from the fresh issue to meet working capital requirements and Rs 20 crore to repay borrowings.
Founded in 1993, Ardee Industries recycles end-of-life batteries and non-ferrous scrap into high-purity lead and specialised lead alloys used in energy storage, automotive, e-mobility and chemical applications. The company serves more than 50 customers and exports its products to seven countries. It reported a total income of Rs 1,168.88 crore in FY26, up 57 per cent from the previous year, while profit after tax (PAT) rose 155 per cent to Rs 84.68 crore year-on-year (y-o-y).
In the grey market, the IPO attracted a premium (grey market premium or GMP) of Rs 7.50, indicating a likely listing price of around Rs 60.50 per share, about 14.15 per cent above the upper end of the issue price band.
Technocraft Ventures IPO
Technocraft Ventures will open its IPO for subscription on August 7, with the issue closing on August 11. The book-built issue comprises 11.88 million shares, including a fresh issue of 9.50 million shares and an OFS of 2.37 million shares.
The company has not yet announced the price band.
It will use the net proceeds primarily to meet working capital requirements worth Rs 150 crore, while the remaining amount will go towards general corporate purposes.
Founded in 1998, Technocraft Ventures executes turnkey engineering, procurement and construction projects across water and wastewater infrastructure, roads, urban infrastructure, power distribution and trenchless works. The company primarily undertakes projects for state governments and government agencies in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Delhi.
It reported a 23 per cent increase in total income y-o-y to Rs 347 crore in FY26, while PAT rose 54 per cent to Rs 43.32 crore. The GMP for the IPO is yet to be revealed.
SME IPOs To Open Next Week
Four SME IPOs will open for subscription next week.
Anawil Wire & Engineering will launch its Rs 177.81 crore IPO on August 3 and close the issue on August 5. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 257-270 per share. Retail investors will have to apply for at least 800 shares, taking the minimum investment to Rs 2.16 lakh.
Aegeus Technologies will open its Rs 23.71 crore IPO on August 4 and close the issue on August 6. It has set the price band at Rs 100-105 per share. Retail investors must bid for a minimum of 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 2.52 lakh.
LAPL Automotive will open its Rs 32.40 crore IPO on August 6 and accept bids until August 10. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 88-94 per share. Retail investors will need to invest at least Rs 2,25,600 for a minimum application of 2,400 shares.
Optimystix Entertainment will launch its IPO on August 7, with the subscription window remaining open until August 11. The book-built issue comprises 6.18 million shares. The company is yet to announce the price band.
Mainboard IPO Listings To Watch Out For Next Week
Manipal Health Enterprises is scheduled to list on both the NSE and the BSE on August 5 after its IPO closed for subscription on July 31. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 3.
Juniper Green Energy is set to debut on the NSE and the BSE on August 6. Its IPO opened for subscription on July 30 and will close on August 3, while the company is expected to finalise the allotment on August 4.
MV Electrosystems is also expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 6. The IPO opened for bidding on July 30 and will remain open until August 3. The company is expected to finalise the basis of allotment on August 4.
SME IPO Listings To Watch Out For Next Week
Eight companies will make their SME market debut next week. Advance Technoforge and Propshop Events & Exhibitions will list on August 3 on the BSE SME and NSE SME, respectively. Poojaa Precision Engg will debut on the BSE SME on August 4, followed by HR Hygiene Products on August 5. Oneindig Technologies and Dhaval Packaging will list on the BSE SME on August 6, while Fusion Klassroom Edutech and GV Electricals will make their debut on BSE SME on August 7.
