The primary market is gearing up for a busy week ahead. The subscription windows for three major mainboard public issues are set to open this week, drawing the attention of retail and institutional investors.

Purple Style Labs’ public issue is set to open for subscription on August 31 and close on September 2. The finalisation of share allotment is expected to take place on September 3, with the shares credited into the demat accounts of successful bidders on September 4. The bid amount will be refunded to unsuccessful applicants the same day. The multi-brand luxury fashion company is expected to list its shares on both the BSE and the NSE on September 7.
The price band for this offering is in the range of Rs 546-575 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 26 shares, which amounts to Rs 14,950. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 11.80 million shares aggregating to Rs 680 crore.
Purple Style Labs operates an omni-channel luxury platform under Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, offering a curated portfolio of luxury fashion products across womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories, and kidswear.
The public issue of Rays of Belief is set to open for subscription on September 1 and close on September 3. The finalisation of share allotment is expected to take place on September 4, with refunds to unsuccessful bidders and allotment to successful bidders scheduled for September 7. The shares are expected to list on both the NSE and the BSE on September 8.
The price band for this offering is established between Rs 227 and Rs 239 per share. Retail investors can apply by bidding for a minimum lot size of 62 shares, which amounts to Rs 14,818.
It is entirely a fresh issue of 5.23 million shares aggregating to Rs 125 crore. Rays of Belief provides personalised intervention plans and therapies for children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDDs) through its centers under the brand name Mom's Belief.

Deepa Jewellers IPO is a combination of a fresh issue worth Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) to raise Rs 209.72 crore, totalling up to Rs 459.72 crore.
