Upcoming IPO: Travel Food Services, GLEN Industries and Three Other Public Issues Set To Open For Subscription This Week

Upcoming IPO In July 2025: The primary market is witnessing strong interest from both companies and investors. More and more companies are looking to raise money through initial public offerings (IPOs), and investors are also keenly tracking the activities in the primary market to invest in companies.

In the week starting July 7, 2025, as many as four small and medium enterprise (SME) issues and one mainboard issue will open for subscription. Here’s a look at all the primary market action which is scheduled to take place in the upcoming week.

Chemkart India IPO

The bidding window for the Chemkart India IPO (Chemkart India) is scheduled to open on July 7 and close on July 9. Chemkart India aims to raise Rs 80.08 crore through a fresh issue of 2.60 million shares amounting to Rs 64.48 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 629,000 shares amounting to Rs 15.6 crore.

Retail investors can apply for the Chemkart India IPO by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 600 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 2,83,200. Chemkart India shares are expected to debut on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date for Chemkart India is July 14. Chemkart India is a B2B distributor which specialises in supplying food and health ingredients, such as vitamin and protein supplements.

Smarten Power Systems IPO

The subscription window for Smarten Power Systems IPO will open on July 7 and close on July 9. Smarten Power Systems plans to raise Rs 50 crore through a fresh issue of 4 million shares amounting to Rs 40.01 crore along with an OFS component of one million shares amounting to Rs 10 crore.

Smarten Power Systems IPO price was set at Rs 100 per share. Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 2,400 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 2.40 lakh. Shares of Smarten Power Systems will list on the NSE SME platform with the tentative listing date being July 14.

Smarten Power Systems is a maker of power back-up and solar products, such as UPS systems, solar inverters and power conditioning units.

Travel Food Services IPO

Travel Food Services IPO’s three-day bidding window is scheduled to open on July 7 and close on July 10. Travel Food Services is seeking to raise Rs 2,000 crore through an OFS consisting of 18.20 million shares.

Travel Food Services IPO price band has been set at Rs 1,045-1,100 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 13 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 13,585.

Shares of the Travel Food Services are slated to list on the NSE and BSE. Shares of the company will make their debut on D-Street on July 14.

Travel Food Services is a provider of restaurant and lounge services at airports.

GLEN Industries IPO

The subscription window for GLEN Industries IPO will remain open from July 8-10. GLEN Industries seeks to raise Rs 63.02 crore through a fresh issue of 6.49 million shares.

GLEN Industries IPO price band is fixed at Rs 92-97 per share. Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 2,400 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 2,20,800.

Shares of the GLEN Industries are expected to list on the BSE SME platform. GLEN Industries shares are expected to list on July 15.

GLEN Industries is a manufacturer of eco-friendly food packaging and other related products.

Asston Pharmaceuticals IPO

Asston Pharmaceuticals IPO (Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd) will remain open for subscription from July 9-11. Asston Pharmaceuticals plans to raise Rs 27.56 crore through a completely fresh issuance of 2.24 million shares.

Asston Pharmaceuticals IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 115-123 per share. Retail investors can apply for Asston Pharmaceuticals IPO by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 2,000 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 2.46 lakh. Asston Pharmaceuticals is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on June 25.

Asston Pharmaceuticals is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and specialises in exporting healthcare products across the globe.

Shares of Silky Overseas, Pushpa Jewellers and Cedaar Textile will list on the NSE SME Emerge platform on July 7. Shares of Marc Loire Fashions and Vandan Foods are also expected to list on the BSE SME platform on July 7.

Shares of Crizac are likely to list on the BSE and NSE on July 9. On July 10, Cryogenic OGS shares will list on the BSE SME platform and Happy Square Outsourcing Services will list on the NSE SME platform. On July 11, shares of Meta Infotech will list on the BSE SME platform.
