Waaree Energies Share Price: Shares of Waaree Energies extended their gaining spree for the ninth straight day. The stock surged over 9 per cent to hit an intraday high of Rs 2,855 apiece on the NSE on April 23. The stock gained after the company’s revenue from operations and net profit increased on a quarterly and yearly basis.

Waaree Energies Q4 Results

Waaree Energies shares extended gains after the company posted its results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. In the quarter ended March 31 the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased over 36 per cent to Rs 4,003.93 crore compared to Rs 2,935.84 crore. Waaree Renewables’s consolidated net profit for the March quarter surged 35.63 per cent to Rs 644.47 crore from Rs 475.16 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal.

The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for the year ended March 31, 2025 grew over 26 per cent to Rs 14,444.5 crore compared to Rs 11,397.61 crore in the preceding fiscal. The company’s net profit for the fiscal ended March 31, 2025 surged over 51 per cent to Rs 1,928.13 compared to Rs 1,274.38 crore in the fiscal ended March 31, 2024.

Waaree Energies’ Earnings Before Interest Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the fourth quarter of FY25 surged over 116 per cent to Rs 1,060 crore compared to Rs 490 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. In the same period the company’s EBITDA margin grew to 25.59 per cent in the fourth quarter of FY25 from 16.29 per cent in the year-ago period.

Waaree Energies' stock also gained after the U.S. announced its plans to impose anti-dumping duties on solar equipment components imported from select Southeast Asian countries. Notably, the US plans to impose up to 3,521 per cent tariffs on Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. While the US has announced its plans to impose the duties, a final decision regarding the imposition will be announced by the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Earlier, the US imposed similar duties on China, which led to several Chinese manufacturers relocating to other markets. If the four countries follow a similar route, Indian solar energy component makers are likely to benefit.

Waree Energies Share Price History

On a year-to-date basis shares of Waree Energies have traded higher by over 3 per cent on the NSE. In six months the companies stock has climbed over 18 per cent and in a month the stock has gained nearly 24 per cent. In five days shares of Waaree Energies have climbed over 33 per cent.Waaree Energies shares traded at Rs 2,815 apiece on the NSE up by over 7.61 per cent on the NSE at the time of writing.
