PM Kisan 21st Instalment 2025: PM Modi To Release Payment On November 19

The PM-KISAN scheme is a key government initiative that provides financial support directly to farmers. With regular instalments, the programme helps eligible beneficiaries manage agricultural expenses and strengthen their livelihoods. The Ministry of Agriculture has confirmed the release of the 21st instalment under this ongoing scheme.

21st PM-KISAN Instalment Set To Release

The Ministry of Agriculture has stated that the Prime Minister to release 21st instalment of the PM-KISAN scheme on November 19, 2025.

Launched on February 24, 2019, the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a central sector scheme that provides eligible farmer families with annual financial assistance of Rs 6,000, disbursed in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each.

Till now, over Rs 3.70 lakh crore has been transferred to more than 110 million farmer families across the country through 20 instalments. The 20th instalment of the PM-KISAN scheme was credited on August 2, 2025, with eligible farmers receiving Rs 2,000 each. Around 97 million farmers benefitted from this transfer, amounting to nearly Rs 20,500 crore,

Farmers in four states have already received benefits under the PM-Kisan scheme. In September 2025, the 21st century instalment was credited to farmers in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttarakhand, which faced severe floods and landslides. A separate release followed in October 2025 for Jammu & Kashmir, which also faced natural calamities.

PM-Kisan e-KYC

To receive the payments, farmers need to complete their e-KYC. According to the scheme’s official website, eKYC is mandatory for all PM-KISAN registered farmers. OTP-based e-KYC can be done on the PM-KISAN portal, or farmers can visit the nearest CSC centres for biometric-based e-KYC.

Farmers can complete their e-KYC online on the official PM-Kisan website (pmkisan.gov.in) by visiting the Farmers Corner, entering their Aadhaar number and linked mobile number, and submitting the form after verifying it through OTP.

Check Your PM-Kisan Payment Status Online

Registered farmers can visit the official portal to know the status of the credit to their account. They have to visit the Farmers Corner section, and access the Know Your Status feature by adding their Aadhaar number, bank account, or mobile number. This allows them to check the instalment details and payment history.
