One of the major highlights of the scheme is its specific emphasis on inclusivity and social housing. Of the total 4,186 units, 3,322 homes fall under the 20 per cent Inclusive Housing Scheme. Meanwhile, the remaining 864 homes fall under the 15 per cent Social Housing Scheme.

These schemes are designed to ensure that people from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIG), and other categories get an equal representation. By locking a specified portion of the total housing stock, MHADA is once again making homeownership accessible.
