Subhadra Yojana 2025: The Subhadra Yojana is a welfare scheme run by the Odisha government to provide monetary benefits to the women of the state. The scheme has been designed to provide benefits to women belonging to the economically weaker section and to increase household-level financial access.
The state government will provide direct monetary support to the beneficiary’s bank account.
The Subhadra Yojana 2025 provides direct benefit transfer to the eligible women beneficiaries. The fund can be used for domestic requirements, education, healthcare or small-scale income-generating ventures. Direct benefit transfer ensures that the benefit will be credited directly to the identified beneficiary’s account.
The women applying for the scheme should meet the following criteria:
Applicants should be a permanent resident of Odisha.
Only women aged 18 years and above are eligible.
The scheme is particularly meant for women from economically weaker households.
Applicants should not be getting financial support under similar welfare schemes.
The Odisha government has said that document verification will be conducted during the application phase in order to determine eligibility of the beneficiaries.
The application procedure of Subhadra Yojana 2025 will be both offline and online.
Online Application: Applicants will have to visit the government of Odisha’s official website, locate the Subhadra Yojana 2025 link, and fill out the application form. A soft copy of the Aadhaar, residence proof, income certificate and bank account details have to be uploaded on the portal.
Offline Application: Forms will be distributed to government offices, panchayats, and local bodies. Filled forms along with the required documents will then need to be submitted to the respective nodal offices for processing.
Upon authentication, the monetary relief will be credited into the bank account of the Subhadra Yojana beneficiary.
