DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025: Applications To Open Soon, Know Details

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has confirmed the launch of its Premium Housing Scheme 2025, with booking windows set to open in early August. About 250 flats, spanning categories from Lower to Higher Income Groups (LIG to HIG), will be available across several well-connected, high-demand neighbourhoods in the national capital.

According to various media reports, the authority cleared the proposal in a meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena on July 11.

E-auction will determine ownership. Prices will not be fixed; they will escalate based on bidding demand. That means buyers need to be ready for both competition and clarity on what they want.

The distribution covers a broad income spectrum, and while the number of units is limited, the areas are not. Here's the breakdown:

The EHS segment includes the highest number of flats, hinting at a continued push for affordability. However, the spotlight remains on HIG properties, especially in Vasant Kunj and Jasola, which often draw interest from NRIs and upper-middle-class Delhiites looking to stay central but upscale.

How to Apply For DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025

Unlike traditional allotment-based housing schemes, this scheme follows an e-auction model. That means no draws, no random selections. The bidder with the highest price secures the unit. The platform will be digital and accessible to verified applicants.

Ongoing Parallel Scheme: Apna Ghar Awas Yojana

DDA is also running the Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025, which launched earlier on May 27. This scheme is aimed more at mass affordability, with 7,500 flats spread across Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur.Discounts are built-in:

• EWS, MIG, HIG: 15 per cent off

Deposit amounts vary by income group, starting at Rs 50,000 for EWS and going up to Rs 10 lakh for HIG. Applications for that scheme remain open until August 16.
