Bajaj Housing Finance Share, Bajaj Finance Share: Shares of Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Housing Finance gained between 3 to 4 per cent in early trade. The stocks gained after the two companies made announcements related to their quarterly results for the March quarter of FY 2024-25.

Shares of Bajaj Finance gained over 3 per cent to hit an intraday high of Rs 9,660 apiece on the NSE. Bajaj Finance shares gained after the company announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors would be held on April 29 to consider and approve the results for the quarter and fiscal ended March 31, 2025 and an interim dividend for FY 2024-25.

The company added that its board will also consider a proposal to undertake sub-division or stock split of the company’s existing equity shares which have a face value of Rs. 2 per share and a proposal for the issue of bonus shares. Notably the proposals seek to enhance shareholder value and are subject to approval from the board of directors and the shareholders.

Bajaj Housing Finance shares rallied nearly 4 per cent to trade at an intraday high of Rs 136.96 apiece. The stock gained after the company’s revenue from operations and profit-after-tax grew on a year-on-year basis in the quarter and fiscal ended March 31, 2025.

The Bajaj group company’s total revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, grew by over 25 per cent to Rs 2,507.96 crore compared to Rs 1,996.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. The company’s profit-after-tax for the fourth quarter of FY25 also grew by over 53 per cent to Rs 586.68 crore compared to Rs 381.34 crore in the fourth quarter of FY24.

The company’s total revenue from operations for the fiscal ended March 31, 2025, grew to nearly 26 per cent to Rs 9,575.61 crore from Rs 7,617.31 crore in the preceding fiscal. The company’s profit-after-tax also grew by over 25 per cent in the year under review to Rs 2,162.9 crore compared to Rs 1,731.22 crore in the preceding fiscal.

Bajaj Housing Finance’s net non-performing assets (NNPA) grew to 0.11 per cent in FY25 from 0.1 per cent during FY24. The company’s Provision coverage ratio reduced to 60 per cent in FY25 compared to 64 per cent in FY 24. The company’s leverage ratio increased to 28.24 per cent in FY 25 compared to 21.28 per cent.

At the time of writing shares of Bajaj Housing Finance climbed 1.7 per cent to Rs 134.12 apiece on the NSE and shares of Bajaj Finance traded at Rs 9,356.5 apiece up by 0.36 per cent.
