CG Power, on the other hand, has been given an offer-cum-allotment (OCA) of 28 acres in Sanand for its ATMP (assembly, testing, marking and packaging) plant, which will be built with an investment of Rs 7,600 crore, they said.

GAP Group has recently won the first auction cum sale of 42500 Square Meter commercial land at Dholera-SIR from Government. The ambitious project, with a whopping investment of 2500 crores, will witness construction of an integrated complex, including an iconic office building, a star hotel, service apartments, commercial complex, and residential units over the span of five years.
