Homebuyer’s Guide To Gurugram

Gurugram has emerged as one of the most sought-after destinations for homebuyers in recent years, with high-quality residential projects and options in various configurations, from 3BHK and small flex rooms to premium category homes. Gurugram launched around 4,300-plus new housing units in the second quarter of 2022. Most new launches were in the Dwarka Expressway and New Gurgaon areas, comprising 71 per cent of the total launches, followed by Southern Peripheral Road with 24 per cent share. The 3BHK and above configurations constituted about 45 per cent of the total demand, and 50 per cent of the supply was for 3BHK units, up 4 per cent from the previous quarter. Also, about 40 per cent of the total demand (online searches) was for properties worth above Rs 3 crore, suggesting a strong inclination towards spacious units in the premium segment.
