I plan to start an SIP for Rs 10,000 in Reliance Growth fund for the next 15 years. Should I invest in this fund?

Reliance Growth fund is an old fund with a proven track record and performance history. You could invest in this fund for the long run through SIPs. However, when investing with a 15 year time frame in mind, you should watch out for a few things like the consistent performance of this fund for you to stay invested in the future and also check your own changing investment needs and this fund meeting those needs to stay invested. Do not adopt invest and forget approach, but evaluate the progress made by your investment at least once a year to assess its performance to continue investing or stopping your investment in the fund.
