These days health insurance policies come with preventive health check-up as a standard feature across several policies. These are typically offered in varying intervals, depending on the policy cover. So, it could be once in four years in case of a policy with Rs 1 lakh cover or once every two years in case of Rs 5 lakh sum assured policy.
