Bitcoin Slips Below $84k Amid Market Decline, Trading Volume Sees Rise

The global crypto market decreased marginally on Saturday. The total market cap was down by 2.63 per cent to $2.72 trillion, while the total trading volume was up by 1.16 per cent to $82.36 billion.

Chrono.tech TIME was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was down by 1.81 per cent to $13.27. Its 24-hour trading volume was $186,485. Movement MOVE was the top gainer. It was up by 6.21 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was $119.24 million. Curve DAO Token CRV was the top loser. It was down by 12.75 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $163.51 million.

DeFi was down by 2.57 per cent to $5.43 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin was up by 2.70 per cent to $83,720.72. Its 24-hour trading volume was $31.10 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 60.40 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum was down by 2.31 per cent to $1,879.94. Its 24-hour trading volume was $15.54 billion, and its market dominance was 13.3 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $0.9996. It was down by 0.02 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $68.28 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $20.12, down by 5.43 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $287.66 million.
