Crypto Market Gains Marginally, Trading Volume Dips; Bitcoin, Ethereum Up

The global crypto market was marginally up on Tuesday, with the total market cap up by 2.14 per cent to $3.23 trillion even as the total trading volume was down by 2.71 per cent to $96.61 billion.

Bitcoin BTC was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was up by 1.30 per cent to $98,297.78. Its 24-hour trading volume was 35.11 billion. Fartcoin FARTCOIN was the top gainer. It was up by 35.94 per cent. Onyxcoin XCN was the top loser. It was down by 5.21 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $114.65 million.

DeFi was up by 1.76 per cent to $8.23 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was up by 1.30 per cent to $98,297.78. Its 24-hour trading volume was $35.11 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 56.59 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was up by 2.49 per cent to $2,692.75 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $17.62 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 13.3 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $1, same as yesterday. Its 24-hour trading volume was $76.47 billion. It is currently ranked fourth on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana SOL was up by 1.91 per cent to $204.57. Its 24-hour trading volume was $3.87 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $26.61, up by 6.26 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $315.48 million.

Cardano ADA was down by 2.01 per cent to $0.7917 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.01 billion.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin DOGE was up by 5.48 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.2629.

Shiba Inu SHIB was up by 2.37 per cent to $0.00001615.

Decentralised Finance

DeFi coin was trading at $0.01585, up by 5.67 per cent.

Yearn Finance YFI was up by 4.24 per cent to $5,913.20 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $23.08 million.
