Crypto Market Gains Marginally, Trading Volume Surges 121%; Bitcoin Up, Ethereum Down

The global crypto market increased marginally on Tuesday, with the total market cap up by 0.24 per cent to $3.27 trillion. The total trading volume was up by 121.34 per cent to $172.31 billion.

Bitcoin BTC was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was up by 0.72 per cent to $94,940.23. Its 24-hour trading volume was 72.23 billion. Fartcoin FARTCOIN was the top gainer. It was up by 41.17 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $180.22 million. DeXe DEXE was the top loser. It was down by 12.45 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $14.68 million.

DeFi was up by 0.21 per cent to $9.36 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was up by 0.72 per cent to $94,940.23. Its 24-hour trading volume was $72.23 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 57.2 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was down by 2.61 per cent to $3,171.10 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $39.74 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 11.6 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $0.9996. It was down by 0.01 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $141.47 billion. It is currently ranked fourth on Coinmarketcap.

Solana SOL was down by 0.51 per cent to $184.19. Its 24-hour trading volume was $5.14 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $35.40, down by 0.66 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $529.62 million.

Cardano ADA was up by 0.03 per cent to $0.9528 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.47 billion.
