Crypto Market Gains, Trading Volume Declines 25 Per Cent; Bitcoin Up, Ethereum Down

The global crypto market increased on Wednesday, with the total market cap up by 1.64 per cent to $2.65 trillion. The total trading volume was down by 25.74 per cent to $117.11 billion.

Onyxcoin XCN was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was up by 7.12 per cent to $0.01299. Its 24-hour trading volume was $130.71 million. Kapsa KAS was the top gainer. It was up by 14.18 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $190.68 million. Ethena ENA was the top loser. It was down by 10.27 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $303.44 million.

DeFi was down by 0.23 per cent to $7.29 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin was up by 1.60 per cent to $81,650.15. Its 24-hour trading volume was $47.57 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 60.40 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum was down by 1.31 per cent to $1,876.73. Its 24-hour trading volume was $24.64 billion, and its market dominance was 13.3 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $0.9995. It was down by 0.02 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $88.69 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Solana was down by 0.98 per cent to $122.08. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.31 billion.
