Crypto Market Gains, Trading Volume Declines 27 Per Cent; Bitcoin Down, Ethereum Up

The global crypto market marginally increased on Wednesday, with the total market cap up by 0.28 per cent to $3.21 trillion. The total trading volume was down by 27.74 per cent to $175.27 billion.

Official Melania Meme MELANIA was the most trending as well as top gainer cryptocurrency. It was down by 19.13 per cent to $1.68. Its 24-hour trading volume was $209.61 million. Fartcoin FARTCOIN was the top loser. It was down by 4.80 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $242.25 million.

DeFi was up by 0.02 per cent to $10.07 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

The U.S. tariff war caused a sharp downturn in the crypto markets, with Bitcoin (BTC) dropping below $91,500 after briefly staying above $102K. While BTC has tried to hold the crucial support range around $99K, bearish sentiment lingers, and fractals remain negative. Despite some strength, low spot volume and reduced volatility signal caution. The recent CME gap closure at $100K hints at a potential big move ahead. However, the MACD and Bull Market Support Band suggest a bearish crossover could push BTC to $86K. A bullish continuation is possible if BTC holds the $96,475–$99,360 range and breaks the $102K supply wall."

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was up by 2.40 per cent to $2,755.61 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $43.66 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 11.6 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $0.9999. It was down by 0.07 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was 139.02 billion. It is currently ranked fourth on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana SOL was down by 0.90 per cent to $204.53. Its 24-hour trading volume was $6.2 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $26.68, up by 2.39 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $589.98 million.

Cardano ADA was up by 0.72 per cent to $0.7485 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.36 billion.

Dogecoin DOGE was up by 0.82 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.2646.

Shiba Inu SHIB was up by 6.24 per cent to $0.00001636.

DeFi coin was trading at $0.02824, down by 5.37 per cent.
