Crypto Market Rises Marginally, Trading Volume Gains 25 Per cent; Bitcoin, Ethereum Up

The global crypto market increased marginally on Thursday, with the total market cap up by 3.62 per cent to $3.37 trillion. The total trading volume was down by 25.27 per cent to $157.25 billion.

XRP XRP was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was up by 7.10 per cent to $3.01. Its 24-hour trading volume was 22.63 billion. Virtuals Protocol VIRTUAL was the top gainer. It was up by 27.48 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $511.99 million. Movement MOVE was the top loser. It was down by 2.87 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $203.30 million.

DeFi was up by 5.68 per cent to $9.44 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was up by 2.56 per cent to $99,484.41. Its 24-hour trading volume was $58.56 billion. It is currently ranked one on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 57.0 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was up by 4.01 per cent to $3,349.01 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $26.35 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 11.6 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $0.9999. It was up by 0.04 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $125.15 billion. It is currently ranked fourth on Coinmarketcap.

Solana SOL was up by 7.64 per cent to $202.15. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.23 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $39.30, up by 7.41 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $512.89 million.

Cardano ADA was up by 3.44 per cent to $1.05 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $2.16 billion.
